Process Flow

Design

The production of casting molds begins with precise design. Engineers use CAD software for three-dimensional modeling, planning key elements such as the structure and parting surface of the Casting Mold. When designing precision casting molds, the focus is on maintaining accuracy and ensuring the feasibility of demolding to guarantee that the castings meet strict standards.

Material Processing

Precise cutting is carried out using a Laser Cutting Service. Complex mold structures are processed through CNC Milling and 5-Axis CNC Milling. For shaft parts, CNC Turning is used to ensure accuracy and smoothness.

Assembly & Debugging

Assembly is performed using Sheet Metal Welding and metal welding services. The mold is tested via Aluminum Die Casting, and parameters are optimized until the mold performance meets required standards.

Equipment Capabilities

Processing Equipment

The company is equipped with multi-axis CNC machining centers that meet the requirements for metal milling services. These machines can process both small Aluminum Casting Molds and large Metal Casting Molds. Laser Cutting equipment offers an accuracy of ±0.1 mm, making it ideal for processing mold components.

Testing Equipment

A three-coordinate measuring instrument (with micrometer-level accuracy) ensures the quality of precision casting molds. A metallographic microscope and a hardness tester are used for material structure analysis and hardness testing, respectively, to guarantee optimal mold performance.
