Drawing Analysis & Programming
Before CNC Milling, the technicians will analyze the drawing of the parts provided by the customers in detail, and make clear the processing requirements and technical parameters. Subsequently, professional software is used for programming to transform the machining steps and tool paths into machine-recognizable codes, laying the foundation for High Precision CNC Milling. For complex parts, the programming of 5-Axis CNC Milling needs to consider the coordination of multi-axis linkage, to ensure that the machining path is accurate.
Material Preparation & Clamping
According to the requirements of the drawing, select suitable materials, such as aluminum alloy, steel, etc., and make preliminary cutting or tailoring to make them conform to the machining size range. Then, the material is firmly clamped on the CNC equipment table to ensure that there will be no displacement during the machining process. This step is crucial to the precision control of Precision Milling Service, which can reduce the errors caused by unstable clamping.
Trial Cutting & Parameter Adjustment
Before formal machining, a trial cutting operation will be carried out to check whether the tool running trajectory and machining parameters are appropriate.
