We evaluate High Precision CNC Milling feasibility, lead times, and costs based on drawings or samples to ensure solutions meet expectations.
Solution Design & Confirmation:
Our team develops detailed machining plans, including equipment selection (5-Axis CNC Milling or conventional types), cutting parameters, and processes. We specify materials, precision requirements, and delivery schedules. Plans are adjusted for mutual agreement after client confirmation.
Sample Production and Acceptance:
Priority is given to sample production, with small-batch trial runs completed via CNC milling services. Dimensional and surface inspections are conducted, and inspection reports are submitted. Free adjustments (e.g., surface roughness) are supported until samples meet specifications.
Mass Production & Progress Updates:
Initiate mass production upon sample approval. Coordinate CNC milling and turning operations within our 3000㎡ workshop. Provide weekly production updates including output volume, quality pass rate, and estimated delivery timeline.
Final Delivery & After-Sales Support:
Store finished products in inventory. Ship upon customer acceptance. For post-production machining issues, provide technical support or on-site debugging within 24 hours.
