Workpiece Clamping & Preparation
Professional fixtures are used to hold the workpiece to ensure stable machining. For special shaped workpieces, auxiliary fixtures can be made with Sheet Metal Bending technology, and the clamping accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.
Trial Cutting & Parameter Optimization
The cutting parameters are adjusted to the optimum condition through a trial cutting verification program. This critical step controls mass production errors to within ±0.005mm and ensures the consistency of CNC Turned Parts.
Batch Processing & Quality Control
Real-time monitoring of equipment status during fully automated processing, together with Laser Cutting Service and other subsequent processes, forms a complete CNC Turning Service production chain, with a final product qualification rate of over 99.8%.
