Product Description

The Metal Hot Forging Parts uses Grade 45 steel as the core material, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, strong sealing properties, and high structural strength. This product primarily features a ring-shaped/cylindrical structure with multiple sets of mounting holes on the flange, enabling a bolted, removable connection.

This product is cast with high-precision molds. During the casting process, by strictly controlling the mold temperature, the melting rate of steel and the cooling time, the uniformity of the internal structure is ensured, and defects such as sand holes and gas holes are avoided. After forming, the parts are roughly processed on a CNC lathe to obtain the basic outline and then undergo appropriate processing. Subsequently, the CNC machining center performs precision milling and finishing, carefully inspecting the dimensional tolerances and geometric accuracy to ensure that the parts comply with the assembly specifications.

The last step is treatment. This process significantly enhances the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and durability of the parts, prolonging their service life to meet the requirements of high-intensity industrial applications.
