一、Process Flow

Powder Preparation: Based on the required characteristics of the Powder Metallurgy Parts to be produced, various methods such as atomization and reduction are employed to prepare metal powders, ensuring that the purity, particle size, and other specifications of the powders meet the required standards, thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.

Powder Mixing: Powders of different compositions are mixed in proportion in a mixing device, and mechanical stirring or other methods are used to ensure uniform mixing of the powders, thereby guaranteeing the uniform and stable performance of the final product. During the mixing process, appropriate amounts of lubricants or other additives may be added as needed.

二、Surface Processing

Electroplating: Electroplating is applied to Powder Metallurgy products, such as nickel plating or chrome plating, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the product but also improves its corrosion resistance and hardness, enabling the Custom Powder Metallurgy Part to maintain excellent performance even in harsh environments.

Phosphating: Phosphating forms a phosphating film on the product surface, which improves wear resistance and insulation properties. It also provides a good adhesion base for subsequent coating processes and is often used in conjunction with Sheet Metal Welding and other processes.
