Application Scenarios
Medical Device Industry
Stainless steel is processed through Stainless Steel Welding and Precision Laser Cutting to meet the stringent hygiene and precision requirements of medical equipment. Surface treatments ensure biocompatibility and safety for clinical use.
Communications Industry
Laser Cutting Service and Sheet Metal Bending produce high-precision enclosures, while Metal Laser Cutting and CNC Milling guarantee reliable performance and long-term stability in communication devices.
Surface Treatment Process
Anodizing Treatment
Creates an oxide film 10–25 μm thick on aluminum alloy surfaces, with a hardness up to HV800 and salt spray resistance exceeding 1000 hours. When combined with Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication, this process is widely adopted in the aerospace industry for its durability and corrosion resistance.
Powder Spraying
Utilizes electrostatic spraying technology to apply a coating thickness of 60–120 μm, with adhesion level 0 and weather resistance exceeding 5 years. Ideal for exterior parts after Sheet Metal Welding, offering over 20 standard colors for customization.
Wire Drawing Treatment
Applies a uniform texture to stainless steel using a 120–180 mesh sand belt, enhancing aesthetics while minimizing visible processing marks. Requires Precision Laser Cutting to maintain flatness and control surface roughness (Ra < 0.8 μm).
