二、Surface Treatment Process

Anodizing Treatment

Generate an oxide film of 10-25 μ m on the surface of aluminum alloy, with a hardness of up to HV800 and a salt spray resistance test of over 1000 hours. In conjunction with the Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication process, it is widely used in the aerospace industry.

Powder Spraying

Using electrostatic spraying technology, the coating thickness is 60-120 μ m, the adhesion force reaches level 0, and the weather resistance exceeds 5 years. Specially suitable for exterior part processing after Sheet Metal Welding, offering over 20 standard colors to choose from.

Wire Drawing Treatment

A uniform pattern is formed on the surface of stainless steel using a 120-180 mesh sand belt, which not only enhances the texture but also masks the processing marks. Precision Laser Cutting is required to ensure that the substrate is flat and the Ra value is controlled below 0.8 μ m.
