Product Description
We prepare materials according to the provided drawings (such as aluminum alloy, steel, copper alloy) through cutting, straightening, and other pre-treatment processes. Special materials may require annealing to enhance machinability, aligning with the metal fabrication service's pretreatment standards.
Machining programs are developed based on design drawings, including tool path planning and cutting parameter settings. Tool paths are verified using simulation software, with optimizations informed by best practices from our Precision Milling Service experience.
Materials are securely held using fixtures such as chucks, centers, or other clamping devices to ensure precise positioning. Parts with high aspect ratios are supported by tool holders to prevent deformation. This approach integrates well with the design principles of 5-Axis CNC Milling.
Dimensions are measured after trial cutting, followed by fine-tuning of cutting parameters. Once the test cut passes inspection, the part proceeds to mass production, minimizing quality risks. This phase closely mirrors the validation process used in Laser Cutting Service.
During automated batch processing, real-time monitoring of cutting conditions—such as sound levels, temperature, and chip removal—is conducted. Any abnormalities are addressed immediately. Waste chips are uniformly recycled to meet environmental protection requirements.
A comprehensive inspection is performed on dimensions, surface roughness, and tolerances. Qualified parts undergo deburring, cleaning, optional plating or polishing, and are then packaged and stored.
