Product Description
High-precision Spindle System
The spindle of CNC lathe adopts high-precision bearings and servo motors, and the rotational speed can be stabilized at 50-6000rpm, and some high-end equipments can even reach more than 10000rpm. The high rotational speed can ensure the stability of cutting and surface finish, together with the precision spindle positioning function, it can realize the positioning accuracy of ±0.001mm, which provides the basis for machining precision parts, and is comparable with the spindle accuracy of High Precision CNC Milling.
Multi-axis Function
Mainstream CNC lathes are equipped with 2-4-axis linkage capability to synchronize longitudinal, transverse, and rotary movements of tools, enabling the machining of complex rotary surfaces, threads, grooves, and other structures. For example, when machining eccentric shafts, multi-axis linkage can accurately control the amount of eccentricity to ensure the accuracy of the parts, and some of the equipment can also work with 5-Axis CNC Milling to complete more complex machining tasks.
Automatic Tool Changer

Intelligent Control System

The system is equipped with real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, parameter compensation and other functions, and can automatically correct errors caused by temperature changes and other factors to ensure stable machining accuracy.
