Process Flow
Drawing Design
Customers provide design drawings or conceptual plans. Technicians use CAD and CAM software to optimize the designs and generate programming instructions. The final design is converted into commands that laser cutting equipment can recognize—similar to the pre-processing phase in High Precision CNC Milling.
Material Preparation
Based on processing requirements, appropriate materials are selected and surface cleaning treatments are performed to remove oil, oxides, and other impurities, ensuring high-quality cutting results.
Cutting Processing
Laser cutting equipment follows the programmed instructions to guide the laser beam across the material surface. A focused, high-energy laser beam melts or vaporizes the material, while auxiliary gas blows away the slag, forming a precise cut. This process is analogous to Metal Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal Laser Cutting operations.
Post-Processing
After cutting, parts undergo deburring, polishing, and coating to enhance both appearance and performance. Some post-processing steps resemble those used in Sheet Metal Welding and Metal Welding Services.
Widely Applications
Automotive Industry
Used for cutting metal sheets and components of car bodies—such as doors, hoods, and interior parts—supporting automobile manufacturing alongside Metal Milling Service and CNC Milling Service.
Electronics Industry
Applies to cutting circuit boards and electronic housing components, where high precision and quality are essential. The accuracy of laser cutting meets the demands of electronics manufacturing, working in tandem with Precision CNC Turning Services and CNC Turning processes.
Advertising Industry
Enables the production of signs, lightbox letters, display boards, and more—capable of cutting complex patterns and text. Offers diverse options for advertising production, widely adopted by advertising manufacturing enterprises.
