Product Description

This component is made of silver metal sheet with a smooth surface and metallic sheen. It has an irregular rectangular outline with precisely machined edges and several protrusions and slots; There are complex slots and through holes distributed across the surface of the plate, and some areas have a fine pattern, like motifs. This Laser Cutting part consists of a 6061 national standard aluminium module, which is lightweight, highly durable and has excellent cutting characteristics.

Step 1: After starting the processing, the first step is to use Precision Laser Cutting technology to cut the shape of the raw material.

Step 2: After cutting is complete, place the component on a CNC machining centre for precision milling. Technicians optimise the tool path and cutting parameters according to the product size requirements, gradually machining the design tolerance zone in several passes and strictly controlling the dimensional accuracy of each part.

Step 3: Once the milling process is complete, we will punch and mill the holes. We use appropriate hole and tap models to meet the requirements of various thread hole specifications, to ensure accurate hole positioning and close thread support to meet the standards for installation and use of parts.

Step 4: After completing all processing steps, we perform natural colour oxidation treatment on the product, which not only improves corrosion and wear resistance, but also preserves the metallic texture of the material itself.
