Precision Grade

Tolerances can be tightly controlled within ±0.005mm to ±0.01mm, suitable for critical components in precision instruments and electronic devices—such as sensor shafts and precision gear blanks. Achieving this grade demands high-precision tools, strict environmental controls (e.g., temperature and humidity), and integration with high-precision CNC Milling parts to ensure overall system accuracy.

Ultra High Precision Grade
