The part is made of H59 brass material and machined into a hexagon screw via CNC Turning.Its tip has a standard hexagonal head for easy turning of utensils; Below the head is an annular flange that increases the load-bearing area, prevents crushingand improves sealability. The screw is formed with a short outer screw, which begins with a chamfer, making it suitable for sealing applications such as oil hole plugs and vent plugs, or for light-duty fastening scenarios.

Step 1: The entire machining of the hexagonal copper screw follows the precision manufacturing standards and the core uses the CNC turning technology to complete the training process. First, the brass rod H59 is cut precisely and the corresponding length of the rod is cut according to the screw specifications;

Step 2: Enter the turning process and complete the integrated machining according to the predetermined program with a high-precision CNC turning. The entire process is precisely controlled by CNC to ensure that the thread profile, the passage and dimensional tolerance of the hexagonal head are controlled in a very small area;

Step 3: After treatment, deburr the screws to remove burrs generated during the turning process, and clean the surface oil and the copper stains with an ultrasonic cleaning.
