Manufacturing Process

1. Gravity Casting (Step 1): We begin with Customized Aluminum Gravity Casting using molten aluminum alloy 6061-T6. Critical features such as the mounting surface, sealing holes, threaded bores, and interface surfaces are meticulously machined. Geometric tolerances—including flatness, coaxiality, and sealing surface accuracy—are tightly controlled within ±0.01 mm, guaranteeing superior sealing performance and precise motor assembly compatibility.
3. Post-Processing & Cleaning (Step 3): Following treatment, the component undergoes ultrasonic cleaning combined with manual deburring to precisely remove casting residues and sharp edges. This ensures no foreign particles remain inside the casing, preventing contamination and operational interference within the engine system.
