The design features a long, asymmetrical strip with a circular fastening element featuring a left-side cut. This configuration enables robust assembly through the cylindrical closure body, precisely aligned with surrounding mounting holes. The central section includes a reinforced support hand with defined contact points, ensuring stable and reliable transmission of unlocking and locking actions. On the right side, an installation platform incorporates cavity-based weight reduction for improved efficiency and structural balance.

Manufacturing Process

1. Step 1: Sand Casting Preparation
   We begin by producing die-cast aluminum blanks through our Customized Sand Casting Service. This ensures complex contours are formed in a single process, minimizing the need for additional machining and reducing material waste.
2. Step 2: Precision CNC Machining
   The raw casting is transferred to our CNC machining center. First, rough milling removes excess material efficiently. Then, high-speed precision milling machines perform exact cutting on the mounting surfaces, critical hole positions, and outer contours. All hole position and dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.01 mm, guaranteeing perfect fit and alignment across all mounting interfaces.
3. Step 3: Surface Finishing
   After machining, sharp edges are deburred to ensure safety and smooth handling. The part then undergoes surface treatment: initial chemical degreasing and acid washing remove residual contaminants, followed by natural anodizing. This creates a durable aluminum oxide layer on the surface, measuring 8–12 μm in thickness, offering excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
