Product Description

It is an aluminum alloy body formed using 3D printing technology with an asymmetrical frame structure with a general length band. On the left side is a circular fastening seat with fastening holes, which is used for fastening cylindrical components. The middle part is a support arm with a cavity reduction construction and the right part is an integrated platform with several assemblies of mounting holes that can accommodate the mounting of several components such as sensors and plates.

Step 1: First, we adjust the highly precise shape of the sand according to the structure of the product. Liquid molten aluminum injected into the cavity of the mold under controlled pressure. Once the metal liquid is completely cooled and fixed, the sand shape is removed to obtain the raw part.
 
Step 2: The initial blank is first manually cleaned and shot blasted to thoroughly remove any sand and casting burrs attached to the surface. Then, it passes to the precision processing step: a CNC Milling machine is used to perform high-precision milling on the reference surface for assembly of the parts, the equality being controlled within the limits of 0.03 mm; Then, all the positioning holes are integrated using CNC drilling devices and retraction devices to ensure that the breaking permissibility within the limits of ± 0.02 mm is strictly controlled.

Step 3: Finally, perform natural anodizing to obtain a dense oxide film on the surface by electrochemical reaction, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of sand melted parts.
