High-Precision Drone Rotor Mount – Die-Cast Aluminum Sand Casting Part

This drone rotor mount is meticulously crafted from die-cast aluminum, serving as a premium Sand Casting part produced by Dongguan Shengpeng Precision Technology Co., Ltd. The central circular base features precision-machined positioning and passage holes designed for secure installation of the rotary shaft and efficient torque transmission. Radial support arms extend symmetrically from the core, equipped with fixed mounting holes to directly attach motors or electronic speed controllers (ESCs).

To optimize performance and reduce weight, certain arm structures incorporate hollow designs. The extended columnar sections on the side are engineered for integrated electrical routing and wiring management. The entire component is formed using advanced pressure molding technology, ensuring structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability.

Step 1: Custom Sand Casting

Our process begins with customized sand casting, producing high-quality die-cast aluminum blanks. This method enables the one-time formation of complex spoke patterns and precise mounting seat contours, significantly reducing post-processing machining requirements.

Step 2: Precision CNC Machining

The raw casting is transferred to our state-of-the-art CNC machining center. Initial rough milling removes excess material, followed by high-speed precision milling to achieve exact dimensions on mounting surfaces, housing bores, and critical alignment spindle holes. All key hole positions are held within strict tolerances of ±0.01 mm, guaranteeing perfect alignment and reliable fixation of all components.

Step 3: Surface Treatment

After CNC finishing, the workpiece undergoes natural anodizing, forming a transparent protective layer of aluminum oxide measuring 8–12 microns in thickness. This enhances corrosion resistance, wear durability, and aesthetic finish while maintaining the lightweight properties of the aluminum base.
