The material selected is AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy, which combines high strength, excellent machinability, and corrosion resistance, making it the preferred material for high-end automotive components. The raw material dimensions are 125mm × 85mm × 30mm, providing ample allowance for subsequent precision machining.

As the standard charger housing for Porsche's new vehicle models, this product is a core component with extremely high aesthetic requirements. It must not only meet functional demands such as mechanical protection, installation compatibility, and electrical insulation but also align with the visual quality and brand identity of premium vehicles.

During machining, we leverage High Precision CNC Milling technology, utilizing Brother high-speed CNC machining centers to ensure processing quality. During rough machining, we set the spindle speed to 12,000 rpm and feed rate to F0.2 for efficient material removal. For finishing, the spindle speed increases to 15,000 rpm while the feed rate decreases to F0.06, enabling micron-level parameter control for precise contour formation. Since the product surface requires 150# sandblasting + anodizing treatment, and conventional CNC Milling marks cannot be masked by sandblasting, a specialized polishing process is added. After CNC Milling Service completion, the housing surface undergoes fine polishing to completely eliminate machining marks, ensuring surface flatness and smoothness. For logo processing, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) cutting is employed during the sample phase to guarantee detail precision. For mass production, the process can switch to mold stamping, balancing efficiency and consistency, fully demonstrating the flexible adaptability of Precision Milling Service.

Surface treatment offers extensive customization options, with the primary solution being glass bead blasting + anodizing. This process yields a uniformly textured, wear-resistant, and stain-resistant shell surface. Available colors include standard finishes like bright silver, glossy black, red, blue, and purple, with further support for custom colors tailored to client specifications. This ensures perfect alignment with diverse vehicle design aesthetics and personalized requirements.
