The High Precision CNC Milling Part is elongated, composed of four smooth, curved sections forming a hollowed-out chain pattern. It tapers gradually at both ends and is primarily used as a decorative element in furniture.

The manufacturing process comprises three core steps:

Step 1: Laser Cutting precisely outlines the basic shape of the customized product. The high precision of laser cutting minimizes contour allowances, reducing the complexity of subsequent finishing processes.

Step 2: CNC machining employs high-precision CNC Milling technology. A dedicated machining center performs CNC milling at 10,000 rpm, precisely milling the product's dimensions. Key tolerances, such as hole positions, are controlled within ±0.01 mm.

Step 3: Fine polishing and deburring completely eliminate burrs and tool marks remaining from the machining process, achieving perfectly smooth edges and showcasing the professional level of precision milling services.
