Product Description

The CNC Milling part is made of 6061 aluminum alloy according to the national standard, and is an asymmetrical precision L-shaped supporting structure. The ear part with a through hole expanded on the left side, suitable for joint or suspension; The raised right platform is equipped with vertical threaded holes for easy locking and fastening with other components.

Step 1: In the processing process, we use milling machine as the main technology to perform rough positioning milling on 6061 aluminum beds with High Precision CNC Milling technology and quickly remove excess residues;

Step 2: Then start the Precision Milling Service to make fine cuts on the fork through the hole and the thread hole to make sure that the tolerance of each surface of the pair is controlled within ± 0.02 mm and to achieve a very precise coaxiality between the position of the hole and the fork.

Step 3: After milling, the part undergoes a natural anodizing treatment followed by degreasing, alkalizing, oxidizing and sealing processes of the hole to create a uniform and dense layer of alumina film on the surface.
