Product Description

The CNC Milled part is made of 304 stainless steel, offering quality corrosion resistance, stable mechanical properties, and good machinability. The part has a rectangular outer contour with slightly rounded edges to facilitate assembly. In the center, there is a recessed circular area containing a clearly visible internal threaded hole, designed to ensure reliable fastening with screws or bolts.

Step 1: we use high precision CNC Turning lathe for CNC turning. We precisely specify the spindle rotation speed and feeding speed based on the product design drawings to guarantee that the dimensional tolerances of the basic shape of the parts are controlled in an appropriate area and provide a strong foundation for additional end processing;

Step 2: once the turning is complete, place the part in the CNC machining center for High Precision CNC Milling. For milling and drilling processes, special hard alloy cutting tools are used and for key hole positions and outer contours are polished. Surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of products are successfully enhanced, flaws such fractures are prevented, and Kratzer is avoided through tool path and machining parameter optimization;

Step 3: After all the processing procedures are completed, we will carry out fine polishing, deburring treatment, and combine with ultrasonic cleaning to thoroughly remove the remaining burrs and oil stains on the surface of the parts, ensuring that the surface of the parts is clean and smooth.
