Surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of products are successfully enhanced, flaws such fractures are prevented, and Kratzer is avoided through tool path and machining parameter optimization;
Step 3: After all the processing procedures are completed, we will carry out fine polishing, deburring treatment, and combine with ultrasonic cleaning to thoroughly remove the remaining burrs and oil stains on the surface of the parts, ensuring that the surface of the parts is clean and smooth.
