Product Description

The CNC Milling part is made of 42CrMo mold steel and is an integrated precision metal fixture with a rectangular structure as a whole. The upper part is designed with alternative through openings and screw openings, with a vertical screw opening in the middle of the front. The background is processed with the help of a symmetrical U-shaped gap, to easily insert into the guide rail or base and support quick installation and reliable ignition.

Step 1: In the processing stage, we first use 42CrMo steel sheets as raw material. After the precise cutting and cutting of the billet, it goes into the process of high-precision milling with CNC: on three or five axes of the machining center, the surpluses are first removed by rough machining with a surface milling machine, and then the precise milling is carried out, to ensure that the parallelism and perpendicularity of each plane are controlled to ± 0.008 mm.

Step 2: Use drilling technology for continuous machining of the upper through hole, screw hole and screw hole of the side plant; The lower gap is formed by the side milling cutter, which strictly controls the width and depth of the gap.
