Product Description
This CNC milled component is crafted from premium 42CrMo mold steel, forming a single-piece, precision-engineered metal fixture with a rectangular structural design. The upper section features alternating through holes and screw holes, including a central vertical screw hole at the front. A symmetrical U-shaped gap on the base enables seamless insertion into guide rails or mounting bases, ensuring rapid installation and reliable alignment.
We begin with high-quality 42CrMo steel sheets as raw material. After precise billet cutting, the part undergoes high-precision CNC Milling on a 3-axis or 5-axis machining center. Initial rough milling removes excess material using a surface mill, followed by fine finishing to ensure strict control of parallelism and perpendicularity—maintained within ±0.008 mm tolerance.
Continuous drilling operations are performed for the upper through holes, screw holes, and side-mounted screw locations. The lower U-shaped gap is precisely formed using a side milling cutter, with exact control over both width and depth. Throughout the entire process, our advanced high-pressure cooling system prevents thermal hardening and deformation of the 42CrMo material, preserving dimensional stability and surface integrity.
After removing surface oxides and sand processing residues, the part undergoes electrostatic spraying to apply a uniform, durable anti-rust coating. This ensures long-term protection against corrosion and enhances overall appearance and performance.
