It features a light green anodized finish that enhances both corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The design follows a stepped block structure with oblique support inclinations for optimal mechanical stability.
The central upper openings are ideal for mounting axial components or columns, while side openings provide auxiliary clamping points. Additional side cutouts accommodate pipe connections or sensor interfaces. The enlarged base with strategically positioned channels ensures secure and stable attachment to equipment bases. The arc-shaped spacing between features prevents interference with adjacent components or wire storage areas.
Starting from raw material, the entire process leverages 5-axis CNC milling technology. This multi-axis system enables simultaneous machining of complex surfaces and irregular geometries, eliminating cumulative errors caused by multiple repositioning steps.
After rough milling, excess material is rapidly removed. Critical features such as hole positions and opposing surfaces are then precisely polished to micrometer-level tolerance. A high-precision CNC machine ensures all geometric and positional tolerances are maintained within ±0.02 mm.
Post-machining, the component undergoes a light green anodization process. This not only significantly improves the corrosion resistance of 6061 aluminum but also provides a smooth tactile feel and a refined visual appearance.
