Product Description

It is a non-standard 316 stainless steel automatic fastening structure using precision milling machines. The general construction is a vertical frame shape with an enlarged base at the bottom, which is fixed stably to the equipment by screws. The vertical vertical plate and the horizontal wave in the middle form a support and guidance module, and several sets of holes on the plate can be sensors, cylinder integration and other automation components. Top positioning clamp and shaft are used for precise positioning and tightening of the workpiece.

Step 3: After milling is completed, the product undergoes deburring and ultrasonic cleaning in sequence to thoroughly remove any machining residues;then it enters the passivation process - is soaked in the release of nitric or citric acid, to remove the surface iron and other harmful substances and promote the natural formation of a dense passivating film of chromium oxide.
