Product Description

The aluminum housing of this endoscope connector is made of 6061 aluminum alloy and has an irregular conical shape with a matte surface luster. The upper side has an external threading interface, while the side has a round passage for guiding or securing the cable. With its compact construction, smooth lines and excellent sealing and strength, it is specially designed for the precise mounting of medical endoscopes.

First, the 6061 aluminum rod is precisely cut in the rough with processing permission reserved by a cutting machine and then transferred to the milling process.

In the five-axis joint machining center, special fastening is used to achieve a single clamping, and the whole process of rough milling, semi-precision milling and precision milling are finished in the following order: first, the rough milling is used to quickly eliminate excess (reserve 0.2-0.3mm), then, Semi-precision milling is used to adapt the surface and reference plane to meet the shape and position tolerances, and finally, high-precision coated cutting tools are used for precision milling of key functions such as threaded interfaces, Dich This integrated process effectively eliminates several clamping errors and controls dimensional tolerances strictly to ±0.01mm.

After CNC Milling is finished, hollows, sharp edges and processing marks are removed by fine polishing to make the surface smooth and flawless. Finally, black anodizing treatment is performed to produce a dense oxide film that reduces hardness, improves wear and corrosion resistance, and meets medical device and environmental disinfection standards.
