High-Precision Black LED Support with L-Shaped Structure

This is the base support for a black LED image featuring a global L-shaped design. The surface has undergone anodizing treatment, resulting in a uniform matte finish. One side includes a long-distance plate with several round openings along the edge, while the opposite side features a vertical support arm with a threaded hole for top screw installation.

Manufacturing Process Overview

• Begin by selecting high-quality black POM bars or plates, then cut them according to the product design specifications, leaving a reasonable machining allowance.
• In the rough machining stage, use large-diameter end mills on a CNC milling machine to rapidly remove excess material, carefully controlling cutting parameters to prevent stress-induced deformation of the POM material.
• Proceed to semi-precision machining using medium-sized cutting tools to approach the final shape, ensuring even distribution of material removal for subsequent fine machining.
• Perform precision machining using high-accuracy small-diameter tools under constant temperature conditions in the workshop. Critical dimensional tolerances are maintained within ±0.01 mm, and surface roughness achieves Ra0.8 µm or better. For complex geometries involving multiple angles, a 5-Axis CNC Milling machine is employed to machine multiple surfaces in a single setup, minimizing positioning errors.
• Drill and process all required holes—including punching, countersinking, and tapping—to ensure full functionality during assembly.
• After machining, thoroughly clean the part using a specialized cleaning agent to remove debris, oils, and residues, followed by careful manual inspection and drying.
