Product Description
This lens cover for endoscopes features a flat rectangular plate with an overall rounded rectangular profile. The four corners are precisely machined with symmetrical chamfered angles using high-precision CNC Milling machines. A central circular hole is accurately formed with smooth walls and tight dimensional control. The surface is first sanded with 120# abrasive grit, followed by a glossy silver anodizing treatment. The product exhibits consistent edge thickness and exceptional flatness.
First, AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy raw material is accurately cut to remove excess edges and corners. The high-precision CNC milling machine is then restarted and programmed with a digital blueprint to complete the integrated machining of complex structures—such as flange shape, central cylinder, and installation holes—in a single operation. This advanced CNC technology ensures dimensional accuracy at the micrometer level, guaranteeing perfect alignment between the lens cover and the endoscope, while eliminating any mounting or precision deviations.
The surface undergoes a 120# sandblasting process, where compressed air propels fine abrasives at high speed onto the part’s surface. This effectively removes machining tool marks, creating a uniform, delicate matte texture while enhancing adhesion for the subsequent oxide layer formation.
A final electrochemical anodizing process produces a dense, wear-resistant alumina protective film on the surface. This not only delivers a consistently bright, silver finish but also significantly enhances corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. The treatment meets stringent medical-grade requirements, including compatibility with frequent disinfection and cleaning procedures, ensuring biocompatibility and long-term safety for medical applications.
