The eccentric connection ring is crafted from high-strength AL7075-T6 aluminum alloy, precision-machined via CNC Milling with a symmetrical double-arm design. The base features a parallel cylindrical mounting foot with a transverse bolt hole for secure attachment to the frame. At the top, a rigid U-shaped frame integrates a central transverse passage (or dual ear opening), designed to accommodate a rotatable eccentric bushing or matching component.

Its defining feature is the adjustable eccentricity between the centerline of the U-shaped slot and the axis of the mounting hole. This controlled offset generates radial displacement during rotation, enabling fine-tuning, tension adjustment, or structural reinforcement of mechanical systems with exceptional precision.

Positioning holes and threaded fastening openings on the side walls ensure accurate alignment and reliable assembly, maintaining consistent performance across repeated adjustments.

Step 1: Raw Material Preparation

Begin by accurately cutting AL7075-T6 aluminum alloy rods or plates. Remove excess edges and chamfers, then level the material to eliminate internal stresses and distortions inherent in raw stock.

Step 2: High-Precision CNC Milling

Initiate the high-precision CNC milling process using a pre-programmed digital control system. First, rough mill the approximate shape and eccentric contour of the coupling ring. Then, perform final precision machining to simultaneously integrate complex features such as dual eccentric profiles, closely toleranced mounting bores, and fixed threaded holes.

All critical dimensions—including eccentricity, hole tolerances, and coupling surface flatness—are maintained within micrometer-level precision, ensuring seamless integration and smooth, repeatable adjustment with mating components.

Step 3: Natural Color Hard Oxidation Treatment

Apply natural color hard oxidation treatment to enhance surface durability. This process forms a dense, wear-resistant, and corrosion-inhibiting oxide layer on the aluminum surface—without compromising the original matte metallic finish.

The treatment significantly increases surface hardness, improves resistance to abrasion and environmental exposure, and ensures long-term reliability under continuous frictional conditions. This extends service life and maintains consistent performance over time.
