Product Description

The base of this core carrier is made of aluminum alloy 6061 and subjected to anodizing which has a uniform surface in orange-red color, which combines an aesthetic texture with excellent corrosion resistance. The structure consists of two parts: one side has a rectangular plate on the right edges, equipped with a circular groove at the end for positioning or decoration; The other side has a circular saving design and a hemispherical interior to fit the standard candle bases. There is a small central hole for ventilation or fastening, while the outer rim features a notch design to facilitate candle placement and enhance stability.
CNC MillingUsing CNC Milling
Step 1: Using solid 6061 aluminum alloy billets, the precision cutting is complemented by a CNC cutter to ensure that the error between the dimension of the ticket and the design drawing is controlled to ± 0,1 mm.

Step 2: After clamping the blank onto the CNC machining center, it enters the High Precision CNC Milling process. First, use a flat blade with a large diameter to roughly milling and quickly remove most of the excess, forming the contours of the circular cavity of the vase, compartment and square base.

Step 3: First, use a medium diameter cutting tool to semi precision mill the inner wall of the tray, the smoke groove, the positioning hole, and the base protrusion, and evenly reserve the finishing allowance; Then use small diameter cutting tools to precisely milling all edges, hole positions and coupling surfaces, wherein key tolerances (flatness, coaxiality and coupling space) are controlled to ± 0.01 mm to ensure an accurate fit between the tray and the base. After treatment, ultrasonic cleaning and manual shredding are performed to precisely remove the debris and cutting edges.

Step 4: Entry into the treatment phase of anodizing surface: These CNC Milling parts are subjected to chemical degreasing and acid washing, to clean the surface and then form a dense oxide film in the sulfuric acid electrolyte, which greatly improves the corrosion and wear resistance of the base.
