Manufacturing Process

1. Material Preparation: Solid 6061 aluminum alloy billets are used. Precision cutting is performed using a CNC cutter, ensuring dimensional accuracy within ±0.1 mm compared to the original design drawing.
2. High-Precision CNC Milling (Step 1): After securing the blank onto the CNC machining center, a large-diameter flat-end mill is employed to roughly shape the piece, quickly removing excess material and establishing the primary contours of the circular cavity, compartment, and square base.
3. Intermediate Machining (Step 2): A medium-diameter tool performs semi-precision milling on the tray’s inner walls, smoke groove, positioning hole, and base protrusion, uniformly reserving finishing allowance. Subsequently, small-diameter tools execute high-precision milling along all edges, hole positions, and mating surfaces. Critical tolerances—such as flatness, coaxiality, and interface clearance—are tightly controlled to ±0.01 mm, guaranteeing a perfect fit between tray and base. Following machining, parts undergo ultrasonic cleaning and manual deburring to remove debris and sharp edges with precision.
4. Anodizing Surface Treatment: The milled components undergo chemical degreasing and acid washing to thoroughly clean the surface. They are then immersed in a sulfuric acid electrolyte to form a dense, protective oxide layer. This process significantly enhances both corrosion resistance and wear performance of the base material.
