The UPS mobile power supply housing is crafted from premium 6061 aluminum alloy, featuring a sleek square-box design that combines elegance with functionality. The surface undergoes anodizing treatment, delivering a uniform and refined metallic luster while ensuring robust durability. Rounded corners and smooth edges enhance both aesthetics and safety. Side panels are equipped with elliptical cutouts and rectangular slots for cable routing and heat dissipation, while one side includes threaded holes for secure attachment and easy assembly of internal components. Compact in size yet exceptionally strong, the housing offers an ideal balance of lightweight construction and high mechanical strength.
We begin with high-quality 6061 aluminum alloy billets. Using precision CNC cutting technology, we accurately shape each blank, maintaining dimensional tolerance within ±0.1 mm to ensure perfect alignment with design specifications.
The blank is securely clamped onto the CNC machining center’s worktable. A large-diameter flat-end mill performs rough milling, efficiently removing excess material and creating the inner cavity structure—providing ample space for power components installation.
After roughing, medium-diameter tools refine the outer contours and interface surfaces. Subsequently, small-diameter ball end mills and flat end mills perform fine milling on circular interfaces, rectangular windows, and mounting holes. Critical tolerances are strictly controlled to ±0.01 mm, guaranteeing flawless component fit. Post-machining, parts undergo ultrasonic cleaning and manual deburring to eliminate debris and sharp edges. Our advanced CNC service optimizes cutting parameters specifically for aluminum alloys and integrates a high-pressure cooling system to prevent thermal deformation.
Following chemical degreasing and acid washing for thorough surface cleaning, the part is subjected to sulfuric acid electrolysis to form a dense oxide layer. This layer is then dyed according to customer-specified colors, preserving the natural metallic appearance while significantly enhancing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long-term durability.
