Manufacturing Process

This integrated approach ensures coaxiality between hole positions and the cylindrical axis, as well as perpendicularity between the base plane and the cylinder end face—both maintained at the micrometer level, effectively eliminating errors caused by repeated clamping.

Post-Machining Finishing

After precision machining, manual grinding and mechanical polishing are applied to remove burrs, tool marks, and sharp edges. A multi-step pretreatment process follows—including ultrasonic cleaning, degreasing, and alkaline washing—to thoroughly eliminate oils and oxide layers. Finally, a hard anodizing process is performed, creating a durable, uniformly black-coated surface that significantly enhances hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. The result is a finished product with precise dimensions and consistently stable performance.
