一、Specialized Machining Solutions for CNC Milling
High-Temperature Environment Part Processing
For components operating at ≥500°C, high-temperature alloys such as Inconel 718 are selected. Machining is performed in dedicated workshop areas using 5-Axis CNC Milling equipment with integrated cooling systems. This is complemented by liquid nitrogen-cooled cutting tools (cutting temperature ≤300°C) and optimized cutting parameters (feed rate 50-80 mm/min, spindle speed 800-1200 rpm) to ensure dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. We have provided this Metal Milling Service to multiple aerospace manufacturers.
Machining Thin-Walled, Deformation-Prone Parts
For components with wall thickness ≤1mm, polyurethane soft-jaw fixtures prevent damage. The “segmented machining” process (stress relief via 24-hour rest after rough milling before finish milling) is employed. During finish milling, high-speed steel tools with high-pressure cooling (10MPa) reduce cutting forces. Non-contact laser measurement ensures dimensional accuracy, boosting the pass rate from 82% to 99%.
Micro-Precision Part Machining
For components as small as 0.3mm, a temperature/humidity-controlled “micro-machining cell” is deployed. Utilizing 0.1mm carbide tools, 40,000 rpm spindle speeds, and a ±0.0005mm feed accuracy system—coupled with real-time optical microscope monitoring—ensures flawless machining of microstructures like 0.2mm-wide tooth slots, meeting the ultimate demands of High Precision CNC Milling.
