• Rough Machining: Spindle speed set at 2000 rpm with a 0.3mm machining allowance reserved for subsequent finishing adjustments.
• Finishing: Spindle speed increased to 2500 rpm, using tools with an R0.2 tip radius. The final measured surface finish achieves R0.8, meeting high-precision surface requirements.
• Cross-Slot Machining: Utilizes a turning-milling integrated solution provided by Precision CNC Turning Services. By leveraging the milling capabilities of CNC turning-milling machines, both turning and milling operations are completed simultaneously in a single setup.
