This product is manufactured using SS 303 stainless steel hexagonal bar stock—a high-performance, easy-to-machine grade renowned for its exceptional machinability. Standard 28×28 mm hexagonal bar stock is precision processed via CNC turning. During rough machining, a spindle speed of 3,000 rpm is applied with a 0.3 mm finishing allowance to ensure superior dimensional accuracy. In the finishing stage, the spindle speed is increased to 3,500 rpm, utilizing a tool with an R0.2 tip radius, resulting in a tested surface finish of Ra 1.0—fully meeting the stringent precision demands of functional components.
Internal threads are designed as 3/4 NPT sealing pipe threads with a 55° thread angle, meticulously machined using specialized forming tools. Each internal thread undergoes individual inspection using certified 3/4 NPT thread gauges to guarantee dimensional consistency and optimal sealing performance.
