Manufacturing Process Overview

1. Material Inspection & Preparation: Upon arrival at the factory, raw materials are inspected for dimensional accuracy and compositional integrity. Verified materials are then cut into precise cylindrical sections using a sawing machine, matching the required height for each part.
2. Rough Machining: The parts undergo rough processing on a CNC machining center to remove excess material efficiently. This stage establishes the initial inner bore, outer diameter, and final surface profile. Subsequently, precision machining adjusts critical dimensions—inner bore, outer diameter, and surface—to within ±0.01 mm tolerance, ensuring readiness for thread and feature machining.
3. Precision Thread & Serration Processing: Using the same CNC Turning machine, a high-precision internal thread is cut in compliance with ISO standards (including correct tooth profile, lead angle, and tolerance). The component is then transferred to a CNC Milling station where a specialized milling machine precisely forms the evenly spaced tooth pattern on the external surface.
4. Finishing & Surface Treatment: After machining, workers manually deburr all parts to eliminate sharp edges. The finished components then undergo an anodizing process, resulting in a durable, uniform light blue oxide layer that enhances corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
