Product Description

This CNC Turned Parts are manufactured from 6061 aluminum alloy. They feature an integral ring structure with precision internal threads and external anti-slip serrations. Both inner and outer edges are chamfered.

Step 1: After arriving at the factory, the material should be checked for the accuracy of dimensions and composition. After verification, it enters the cutting process, and the aluminum bar is cut using a sawing machine into round sections, which meet the requirements of the height of each part.

Step 2: Then, perform rough processing on the CNC machining center to quickly remove most of the excess and first make the inner opening, form the outer circle and the final surface; Next, a precise treatment is performed to adjust the tolerances of the inner opening, outer circle and final surface within the limits of ± 0.01 mm, in order to ensure the accuracy of the treatment of subsequent threads and dental samples.

Step 3: After finishing the precision processing, use the thread cutting tool on the same CNC Turning machine to cut a high-precision internal thread, compliant with ISO standards (including tooth profile, tilt and tilt tolerance). Then the detail is transferred to the milling installation with a CNC and the pattern of teeth sliding evenly on the environment is processed by a special milling machine.

Step 4: After machining is complete, workers manually deburr the workpieces. Subsequently, the workpieces undergo surface treatment using an anodizing process (light blue), forming a dense, uniform oxide layer on the product surface.
