1. Step 1: Material Preparation

2. Step 2: Precision Machining via CNC Turning
   After initial cutting on a CNC sawing machine, the workpiece undergoes sequential rough and finish turning operations. High-precision processing is applied to the outer diameter, final surface, and internal bore, achieving coaxiality and roundness tolerances of ±0.005 mm. This ensures a stable geometric foundation for subsequent milling stages.
3. Step 3: Integrated Milling at Rotary Processing Center
   Once turning is complete, the part is directly transferred to the joint processing center of rotary milling machines. A high-speed side milling machine performs precise final positioning cuts, with strict control over width and depth accuracy. By combining turning and milling in a single setup, our CNC precision services eliminate the need for secondary clamping—reducing error risks and enhancing dimensional consistency. Additionally, a high-pressure cooling system is employed to prevent heat-induced hardening and deformation of 42CrMo during machining, ensuring a uniform, high-quality surface finish.

   The component undergoes mirror polishing: mechanical polishing first removes machining marks, followed by electrolytic polishing to reduce surface roughness to below Ra 0.2 µm—delivering an ultra-smooth, high-precision finish ideal for demanding industrial applications.
