Product Description
These high-precision CNC turned components are crafted from 42CrMo high-carbon steel and processed into integrated flange blades with exceptional accuracy. The design features a circular flange with dual-pass orifices and an enlarged flat wave structure. The flange ensures secure bolt fixation for precise positioning, while the flat wave effectively prevents rotation and reliably transmits torque through non-circular cross-sections.
After precise clamping and positioning of the raw bar stock, the rough turning process begins on our CNC lathe. High-speed machining with efficient feed rates quickly removes excess material, pre-forming the flange disk contour and the progressive waveboard structure—laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision operations.
We then switch to high-precision CNC turning mode, utilizing advanced tools and optimized cutting parameters. The flange’s surface plane is controlled within ±0.02 mm tolerance to ensure full compliance with smooth surface requirements. The shaft section strictly maintains cylindricity and coaxiality, guaranteeing uniformity and dynamic precision during rotation.
Once the main turning is complete, we perform targeted drilling to create accurate positioning and mounting holes on the flange. Hole positioning error is maintained within ±0.03 mm, ensuring a stable and reliable connection when mounting equipment.
Following machining, the part undergoes surface finishing. Initial fine polishing removes residual tool marks, followed by mirror polishing to achieve a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm—delivering a sleek, high-quality appearance with superior performance characteristics.
