Step 1: Choose high purity 304 stainless steel , after cutting, enter the CNC turning process. Complete rough and fine turning in the turning center, process the outer circle, end face, and internal thread of the nut, and strictly control the thread diameter tolerance within ± 0.01mm to ensure excellent thread fit accuracy.
Step 2: After the turning is completed, the part is transferred to the CNC Milling station, and the evenly distributed outer anti-slip slots are transferred to the machined high-speed milling machine to ensure that the angular error of the slot position does not exceed ±0.02°, which provides a reliable point of force for the tool tension.
