Product Description

CNC Turning parts are made of 304 stainless steel and have a ring cylindrical structure as a whole. The inner hole is processed with full meshes for safe connection with corrugated components; Several U-shaped slots are distributed evenly across the outer perimeter so that special keys are easy to grab and facilitate the precise application of the steep or anti-lock.

Step 1: Choose high purity 304 stainless steel , after cutting, enter the CNC turning process. Complete rough and fine turning in the turning center, process the outer circle, end face, and internal thread of the nut, and strictly control the thread diameter tolerance within ± 0.01mm to ensure excellent thread fit accuracy.

Step 2: After the turning is completed, the part is transferred to the CNC Milling station, and the evenly distributed outer anti-slip slots are transferred to the machined high-speed milling machine to ensure that the angular error of the slot position does not exceed ±0.02°, which provides a reliable point of force for the tool tension. Our CNC Turning Services utilize a combination of turning and milling technology that can complete multiple processes with one clamp and effectively prevent loss of accuracy caused by secondary clamping. At the same time, the high-pressure cooling system prevents deformation of 304 stainless steel due to high temperature during processing and ensures Schneidfläche equality.

Step 3: The component uses mirror polishing technology: first remove the machining marks by mechanical polishing, and then perform electrolytic polishing to reduce the surface roughness below Ra0.2.
