These CNC Turned Parts feature a bright silver cylindrical stepped structure with a central stepped bore hole designed for high-precision mating with shaft components.The side wall includes positioning openings and card slots that can be installed with fixed tips or sensors to ensure that the equipment is not left or moved during operation.

Step 1: According to the customer's requirements, 6061 aluminum alloy is selected as the base material. After precision cutting, it proceeds to the CNC Turning process. On the CNC lathe, rough turning efficiently removes excess material from the blank. This is followed by finish turning, which performs high-precision machining on the inner and outer circles as well as the stepped surfaces. The key measurement tolerances are strictly controlled to ± 0.005 mm to ensure high coaxiality between the inner opening and the outer stage.

Step 2: After the turning is completed, the positioning openings and side slots are machined using CNC Milling technology to further improve the functionality of the component.

Step 3: The component takes anodizing, which forms a dense film of transparent alumina on the surface, which significantly improves corrosion resistance and wear.
