Product Description
This product utilizes SS303 free-machining stainless steel standard H19 cold-drawn hexagonal bar material. Leveraging the technical expertise of Precision CNC Turning Services, it is machined on a high-precision MAZAK CNC Turning center. As the material is free-machining stainless steel with excellent machinability, the roughing stage is set at 3500 rpm. Internal bore roughing is performed first, leaving a 0.3mm allowance. During finishing, the spindle speed was increased to 4500 rpm with a feed rate of F0.08/rev. Tools featuring an R0.2 tip radius ensured dimensional accuracy. For external cylindrical machining, rough turning was performed using diamond-shaped inserts, leaving a 0.5mm allowance for precision turning. Considering the product utilizes hexagonal bar stock, hexagonal face drilling and external cylindrical milling for rectangular holes were completed on a CNC Milling center, effectively controlling costs while ensuring machining quality.
