Product Description

The outer wall is evenly distributed with longitudinal holes, and on the side, circular installations are provided by holes;Its upper edge is flat and smooth, the inner wall is smooth and free of scratches, and the floor has a fully closed structural design. With heat dissipation and supporting functions, suitable for various mechanical and electronic devices.

Step 1: Use high precision CNC lathe to process the product dimensions, and the technical team determines the cutting speed, feeding speed and other parameters according to the outside diameter and the inner hole precision. Cooperation with specialized alloy cutting tools to ensure dimensional tolerances are in line with standards, while the concentricity of inner and outer circuits is strictly controlled and serves as the basis for precision machining in the following processes.

Step 2: Following the completion of the turning machining, the CNC machining center fixes the workpiece using a specialized tool, initiates the milling program, and completes the side nut processing. Step 4: Finally, the anodization treatment is performed to form a dense oxide sheet on the surface, which maximizes the preservation of the original metallic texture of aluminum 6061 and improves the product's resistance to wear and corrosion.
