一、Process Flow

Material Pretreatment

Chemical cleaning or physical grinding removes impurities from the surface of the sheet to provide a high quality substrate for subsequent Stainless Steel Welding and Laser Cutting. Flatness testing after pretreatment ensures compliance with processing requirements and is the first step in Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication. 

Precision Molding

Uses CNC bending and CNC Milling to achieve ±0.5° angular accuracy. Complex structural parts combined with 5-axis machining can achieve ±0.01mm molding accuracy to meet the assembly requirements of high-end equipment.

Connection & Trimming

The welding process is selected according to the material characteristics, and surface trimming and gas-tightness testing are carried out after welding. Cutting edges are professionally processed to ensure safety and assemblage, perfecting the final quality of the products.
