Product Description

The protective cover of the heater is made of 6061 aluminum plate, with smooth surface and matte texture; The structure is a symmetrical bend in three stages, with a central projection and flat wing plates on both sides, with gentle transitions at the edges; In the center, several circular openings are installed, which serve both for mounting and fastening functions, as well as for ventilation and heat dissipation.

First, the 6061 aluminum plate is precisely cut through CNC Laser Cutting. Machining contours, assembly holes and edge cracks at once with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.05 mm to ensure the accuracy of subsequent bending and assembly.

Then We enter the step of Sheet Metal Bending, where a bending machine with a CNC is used for segmented bending of the sheet. The precise control of the bending angle and pressure ensures the flatness and structural resistance of the bending zone.

After the Sheet Metal Bending is completed, all burrs and sharp edges are removed through meticulous polishing and grinding to ensure a smooth and flawless surface. Finally, anodizing is carried out to obtain a uniform and dense oxidized film on the surface of the aluminum part, which affects the surface hardness, significantly improved wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
