Product Description

This L-shaped support is made of a metal plate, featuring an openwork structure throughout. A long, rectangular slot at the top allows for flexible micro-adjustment of the mounting position. The openwork design on the sides and multiple opening sets not only reduce weight, but also save space to avoid piping and multi-component assembly.

Step 1: First, the high-precision cutting of the steel plate A3 is carried out with the help of a CNC Laser Cutting, wherein the contour and the edge gap are formed with the accuracy of one stroke. The cutting accuracy can reach ± 0.05 mm, which forms an accurate basis for subsequent processes.

Step 2: Then go to the milling phase, drill through and conference the installation openings to ensure the coaxiality and smoothness of the openings. After milling, the sheet metal is bent into an L-shaped structure using the Sheet Metal Bending process. A segmented bending technique is employed to distribute material stress, maintaining angle tolerances within ±0.1° to prevent cracking or deformation at the bend.

Step 3: After bending is completed, the parts undergo polishing and grinding to remove all burrs and sharp edges. Finally, the rust coating is sprayed to form a uniform protective coating on the surface, greatly improving corrosion resistance and service life.
