Cases are archived with text, images, and videos. Clients can view physical samples and records in the workshop display area. The library currently covers 12 industries and over 80 orders.

Reputation Dissemination and Maintenance

Quarterly follow-ups gather satisfaction feedback and suggestions, with improvement plans developed within 24 hours for identified issues. Implement a “Referral Reward Program” where existing clients receive 10% off machining fees or complimentary surface treatment services for each new client referral. Since 2018, referral clients have accounted for 35% of all new customers, becoming a vital source channel for CNC milling services.

Co-creation and Long-term Partnerships

Engage in “process co-creation” with long-term clients, inviting their technical teams to participate in new product design to optimize structure and precision. Establish “dedicated service groups” for core clients to synchronize production and inspection data in real-time, enabling flexible scheduling adjustments. Currently, we have maintained collaborations with 15 clients for over five years, with three designating us as their sole Precision Milling Service provider, achieving mutual success.
