Product Description
We employ high-Precision CNC Turning Services to machine parts from 26mm diameter SS316L round bar stock in a single operation. Utilizing American Kennametal stainless steel-specific inserts, we optimized machining parameters: Roughing at 1800 rpm with rapid cutting, leaving a 0.45mm allowance; Finishing is performed at 2300 rpm using an R0.2 precision-ground cutting edge. The final part achieved a measured surface roughness of Ra 0.8μm, meeting drawing specifications and earning customer approval.
