Taking the components produced in this instance as an example, the product utilised L1214 low-carbon steel standard diameter Φ28 cold-drawn bright bar material, machined on a ‘TSUGAMI CCRP’ high-precision CNC Turning centre. Given the order volume of 10,000 units, we deployed a fully automated turning centre equipped with automatic loading/unloading systems. Rough machining was conducted at 3000 rpm with a 0.2mm allowance, while finishing operations increased spindle speed to 3500 rpm. Throughout, Mitsubishi ceramic inserts were utilised, with finishing tool tips set to R0.2 to ensure consistent surface finish stability at R0.8. For internal bore machining, given the requirement for high dimensional accuracy on stepped bearing bores, we employed high-rigidity internal boring machines with clamped tools for finishing. This tooling offers significant advantages including rapid insert changeover and stable turning dimensions.

 

For surface treatment, as functional components, we offer multiple anti-corrosion solutions including electroplated white zinc, electroplated blue zinc, electroless nickel plating, and chrome plating.
